I’ve been coaching CEOs and leadership teams since 2012—but my experience leading companies goes back much further.

Before launching Spark Insights, I served as President of a natural foods company, EVP of a performance automotive brand, and VP Strategy at a global UX design firm. I’ve built teams, launched products, opened international markets, and led strategic planning with companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100s.

I’ve sat in the seat.

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of a growing business, to hire (and fire) key people, to wrestle with profitability, team dynamics, and tough calls. That experience makes me a better coach—because I’m not guessing at what you’re going through.
